This position’s role is involved in determining the claim’s amount by calculating it, determining the insurance coverage by doing a review of the policies of insurance, and ensuring that all necessary information are complete by checking forms for insurance claims.

Since this position is primarily interacting with other people and providing them with information, it is very important for claims clerk to have good communication skills.
